Settlement On Mars
Dear dairy, I've been away from earth and on mars for 1 year now. I really miss my family and I miss McDonald's. Today I ran into some ugly mars monsters, i thought they were going to eat me but instead of the ugly mars monsters eating me they gave me a big hug. The ugly mars monsters were actually nice and they invited me into there house. when we walked out of there house we saw another space ship and we heard a screech. So me and the monsters went and had a look what it was...

Great start to your Mars story Maddie! You left it at a really good spot too because now I am wondering what is going to happen. I would be interested if you added a description of the ugly Mars Monsters, I can visualise in my head but it would be good to have some help from the author - that's you! I will be waiting for the next part of the story...
